1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "Member") and biru44 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at biru44.win and all associated services, games, promotions, and features offered thereon.

By registering an account, accessing the biru44 platform, or using any of the services provided, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. 3. Account Registration & Verification

Each individual may hold only one (1) active account on the biru44 platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or fraudulent accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must notify biru44 promptly of any changes.

As part of our Know Your Customer ("KYC") and Anti-Money Laundering ("AML") obligations, biru44 requires all members to complete identity verification prior to processing withdrawals. You may be required to submit:

• A copy of a valid government-issued photo identification document (e.g., Malaysian National Identity Card, Passport);
• Proof of current residential address dated within the last three (3) months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement);
• Proof of ownership of any payment method used for deposits or withdrawals.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your biru44 account credentials. biru44 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login details. You must notify biru44 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on biru44 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). biru44 supports the following payment methods: Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, and USDT TRC20.

The minimum deposit amount is MYR 20 via e-wallet and MYR 100 via bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is MYR 50. Maximum transaction limits may apply and are subject to change at biru44's discretion.

biru44 does not accept deposits from third parties. All funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits sourced from criminal activity, fraud, or any other unlawful means are strictly prohibited. biru44 reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities.

Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. biru44 aims to process e-wallet withdrawals within 5 to 15 minutes and bank transfer withdrawals within one (1) working day. Processing times may vary during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

biru44 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and free spins. All bonuses are subject to specific Terms which are published on the Rewards page at the time of offer. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonuses must be claimed within the specified validity period. Expired bonuses are forfeited.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are specified per promotion and are calculated on the bonus amount unless stated otherwise.

7. Prohibited Conduct

• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including chargeback abuse, identity fraud, or payment fraud;

• Money laundering or using the platform to facilitate any illegal financial activity;
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited by law;
